[Minecraft for Windows 11] Error Signing In After Downloading on New Device

Hello! I recently downloaded Minecraft: Bedrock Edition on a new computer that runs Windows 11, after already owning it on an older device that ran Windows 10. When I try to sign into my Microsoft account after loading Minecraft, it tells me to purchase either the Starter or Deluxe collection, even though I already own the Starter Collection. In the Microsoft Store, there is no option to redownload or launch the Starter Collection. There is only a blank space where the button should be. So far, I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling Minecraft, removing it from the old computer, and downloading the game through the Microsoft Store, Minecraft Launcher, and Xbox apps. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks!

Hi! Thanks for your quick response. Unfortunately, that did not resolve my issue, as I still only have access to the trial version of the game. At this point, I may just end up purchasing the Java and Bedrock bundle, as I don't have any other ideas and Microsoft's support team was not able to find a solution (this won't be all that terrible, as I've always wanted to try Java but never have seen a point in buying it since I already owned Bedrock). It states that:

Given that you used to play on macOS, you were playing Minecraft Java. Make sure that on Windows 11 you have downloaded the Minecraft Launcher for Minecraft Java, and that you signed in to the same account you were using previously. You can download it from this page: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download

If you have signed in to the correct account, but you are getting that error, it is recommended to contact the Minecraft Support to check if them if there was an error with the license checking on your account: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/new

You will have to install the minecraft launcher first.

To play Minecraft: Java Edition, download and install the correct launcher for your operating system. Sign into the Launcher using your Microsoft account, and you will be able to run Java Edition.

To play Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, you will need a device running Windows 10 or 11 to download and install the newest version of the Launcher, within which you can launch and play Minecraft: Bedrock Edition.
