    Minecraft for Windows 10 Starter Collection refund


    I bought Minecraft for windows 10 when i realized that i needed the java edition one minute after i bought it.

    I have tried to request refund in microsoft store but i cant find that option there.

    I tried contact support but there is no email just bot sending me back to the store site.

    what can I do?

    where can I find someone who can help?

    There are two versions of the Minecraft Starter Collection: one for Windows (Minecraft for Windows Starter Collection) and one for Xbox (Minecraft Starter Collection).

    If you purchased the Minecraft for Windows Starter Collection (which is not compatible with console), you would need to ask for a refund of it and then purchase the right version for the console.

    To ask for a refund of the game, please go to:

    https://xbox.com/refunds

    Just sign in with the Microsoft account that made the purchase and you should be able to ask for a refund.

    When buying 'Minecraft for Windows 10 Starter Collection', you will only have the game for Windows 10.

    It looks like you redeemed Minecraft Starter Collection, not Minecraft for Windows Starter Collection. The one you redeemed is the console version of the game.
