    Minecraft for Windows 10 not able to get the 1000 coins


    We installed Minecraft for Windows 10 on a PC, we have the game, all works fine, and we see the purchase in the Microsoft store purchases. We see the 1000 coins but there is a message saying "1,000 Minecoins is currently not available". Why? What's the answer
    to this problem. This is part of the purchase.

    Hi. I purchased Minecraft Windows 10 edition Master Collection for my son. He sent me the request to purchase from his Microsoft Account and I approved the purchase and made the payment. However his 1000 mine coins are not showing up. I saw online it's saying
    this is because I made the purchase under my Microsoft Account. However it only gives him the option to download the game under his Microsoft Account and asked under mine for me to purchase the game. How can he get his 1000 mine coins that we paid for?

    By any chance have you tried having him sign out and sign back in his account on the game to see if this will refresh the game and show the 700 Minecoins? Is the account your grandson is using the account where the purchase was made through?

    Can I use my Microsoft account to install Minecraft on my PC?

    If you have Minecraft Bedrock Edition for Xbox One, then you would be able to use that to install Minecraft from the Windows 10 store and play yes. Is that what you're asking for? Should be able to get it from the Windows 10 store and searching for Minecraft.
