    Minecraft for Windows 10 Master Collection purchase missing Minecoins


    Hi I've gifted Minecraft for win 10 Master Collection from the microsoft store to my daughter, I then redeemed the code on her laptop and all the DLC is there however the 1000 minecoins are missing?

    The game was a clean install onto a brand new laptop, she was already logged into her microsoft account before I started, the game is set to share everything across devices as she also has minecraft on her ipad, the ipad version is also logged in through
    her microsoft account with device sharing enabled, I've checked on there and the DLC is ready to be downloaded, no minecoins though.

    I've logged out of the game and logged back in, shutdown and rebooted the laptop, gone through the store, and basically tried everything I can think of to get the minecoins to show up, like I've already said, all the other DLC that comes with the collection
    was there, we are just missing the 1000 minecoins.

    Your help with this would be most appreciated.

    Hi,

    I have almost the same problem, I've purchased Minecraft for Windows 10 Master Collection, everything works fine, I have the addons too, but on the Marketplace I have 0 Minecoins. Is there something I should be doing to get the 1,000 Minecoins?

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to answer that.

    If you already have purchased the Starter Collection, I wouldn't recommend purchasing the Master Collection as well. The difference between the two collections is that the Master Collection comes with 1000 Minecoins, while the Starter Collection comes with
    700 Minecoins. Besides the Minecoin difference, the Master Collection includes a few more Skin packs. On the

    product page     in the Microsoft Store, click on "Compare editions" next to "Overview" for an outlined view of the differences.

    Unable to install purchase game

    Did you buy "Minecraft Master Collection" or "Minecraft for Windows 10 Master Collection"? The first is only for the console. You would need to purchase the Window 10 edition to play it on PC.

    If you purchased the wrong version, you'll want to submit a refund request and then purchase the correct version.

    I recently purchased Minecraft Master Collection for Windows 10. I signed in to the game and followed to the Marketplace. However, I don't see my 1000 minecoins in my account. I also don't see additional
    packs that come with the Master Collection.

    I wrote to the Minecraft Support and guess what they replied? Go to Microsoft! It is not our problem!
