Minecraft for windows 10 does not generate the same seed.

I've been using the same seed for over 5 years, but now none of my old seeds generate the same map. Is there any way I can get my old maps to generate in the new MS Minecraft. I am hoping there is an app out there that can read my old one and give me whatever new number MS is using for it, if they are.
Why would MS disregard years of map seeds for their own purpose?

Google ""Minecraft seeds" and if the xbox version uses seed generating, you can put the code in there and load custom maps

Seeds are used as a basis for world generation.

So if you enter the same seed name/number/etc as me, we will have the same map.

If you type in "TOYOTA" as a seed, your world will look like this:
