Minecraft for Window10_It says my code is already used but I can't find my order history

Does the Minecoins code show in the account's order history? Check here: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

Make sure you're signed in to the same Microsoft account your daughter uses for Minecraft when checking the order history.

If the code doesn't show in the order history, and it's saying it's already redeemed, you will have to contact Amazon to request a replacement code.

Yes. I already tried in the Microsoft Redeem and it says that the code was already redeemed. But its not showing up in my order history.

i have already checked my order history none of the codes showed so i didn’t use them there still available but i can’t use them bc it says there was an error

I am not an expert, and I have the same problem. I first bought the "Minecraft: Java Edition", I wanted to use the redeem code to get "Minecraft for Windows 10", so I clicked "Redeem", I got the code, but when I entered it, it said "The code has already
been redeemed.", I checked my order history, it said that I had bought "Minecraft for Windows 10" using the code, but when I clicked install, it keeps showing me a small window with my code. I then checked whether if the account/email on Mojang, Minecraft.net,
and Microsoft Store, it was the same. So I don't get why I can't install "Minecraft for Window 10".
