Riley, Microsoft does not have any type of record of the accounts that the user links to other games and platforms, so in your case that you use this game from another platform other than Xbox, you must communicate directly with PSN support in the first instance and then with Minecraft support, although only PSN support can verify the profile that has that account associated with its platform.

We totally understand that you want to fix the issue with Minecraft on your PS5. Just a reminder, we are not able to double check the account or the devices that is connected to your account. Only Minecraft are able to see further things on your account since they can access it on their end for double checking.

It sounds like you've already tried a lot of troubleshooting steps, but I'll do my best to help.



One thing you could try is unlinking your Microsoft Account from any other PlayStation Network accounts that it may be linked to. You can do this by going to the Microsoft Account website and navigating to the "Security" section. From there, you can select "More security options" and then "Apps and services." Look for any PlayStation Network accounts listed there and unlink them.



If that doesn't work, you may need to contact Minecraft support directly and explain the situation to them. They may be able to assist you further with resolving the issue.

I try to log in to mincraft on my ps5 and i used the same email that i have used on my ps4 and when i try sign in it says "oops! Looks like the account is already connected please sign in woth the previous connected microsoft account and i used the same email and it is still not working
