Recebi uma mensagem da xbox live dizendo que eu tinha ganhado um codigo para o novo jogo minecraft.

Resgatei e quando tento instalar da instalação interrompida ainda em 0%

Obs: é o minecraft digital

Alguém sabe oque posso fazer?

Hey there Nathan!

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to install Minecraft.

I would say that if the previously posted troubleshooting steps did not resolve the issue, then it would probably be best for you to next try a soft reset.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games
&
apps.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

Thanks for reaching out to us today! I'm sorry to hear about the current installation issues. Have you tried to restart your Xbox to see if it helps this error?
This issue can occur if the console tries to download an update for the game while the game is installing.
If your download is taking a long time or doesn't complete, try the solutions at
Troubleshoot slow game or app downloads on Xbox One.

Configurações> rede> configurações de rede> configurações avançadas> configurações de DNS> manual e digite 8.8.8.8 e 8.8.4.4
