Minecraft Festive Pack Skin - Where is it?

So I've done my homework. My wife purchased the Festive Skin Pack for our Minecraft on our XBox One for .99. I see that it has downloaded. I went to my list of downloaded games and selected the menu button to manage the game and I see two skin packs that
have been purchased and installed. When I select the skin pack from the manage game screen the 'install' button is greyed out. I checked to make sure that the payment went through. It did. When I go to select the skin while in the game it still tells me
that the skin is a trial skin and I cannot save the game unless I purchase the game. I'm pulling my hair out. Please Help! What do I need to do? Uninstall minecraft and reinstall??? what about my saved games??? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Minecraft Festive Pack Coming to XB1 and 360

On December 10th for 2.99 you can buy the Festive Pack for Minecraft on XB1 and 360. It adds a new theme, player skins, and music.

It will be coming to other platforms at "a later date". Hopefully PS owners don't get screwed on this like with the Halloween pack, which showed up nearly two weeks after Halloween was over.

 

Purchased Festive Mash Up Pack for Minecraft on my 360........

Hello! I recently purchased the festive mash up pack for my 360 on Minecraft. I was able to download all content except the skin pack in this mash up pack does not unlock and I am not able to use it still! Please help!!!

ok, just so we are using the same terms:

Skin is a graphic costume a player wears

Texture is a graphic the world/or seed, uses.

there are 3 different holiday DLC. there is a festive skin pack, a holiday theme and a holiday pack, which has 1 group of skins and 1 texture pack.

now... how many gamer tags do you have? when you say SHE bought it, as on her own gamer tag, that DLC is connected to her.

what does that mean? she needs to create a new world or open an old... with her screen name and that texture chosen. If you are on your screen name and she isnt signed in... you cannot access that texture.
