    Minecraft fault


    Howdy, my 6 year old has a digital copy of Minecraft supplied with the Xbox one console, it loads to the opening page and allows you to press play so you can see the list of created worlds, however, it will not allow you to enter or create any!!

    Have a frustrated 6 year old climbing the walls - not fun!!!

    Really need a fix, anyone able to help

    No error messages pop up. Once I try to enter one of my previous worlds the game crashes.

    Thank you!!! Removing my profile and then re-adding it solved the issue!

    If the syncing user data isn't working properly then you may have to try removing the profile (just profile, keep games etc) and re-adding it to the profile. Make sure you know the account log-in details first before removing the existing profile.

    Hi Diego, thanks for spareing some time on this

    Have completed a hard reset, with no change to the problem

    No error codes flash up, however when you click on a world to enter into it a ‘syncing user data. This may take a few moments . . ‘ pop up flashes for a milli-second, then nothing happens

    Have just found that we can still enter into worlds on the server, just not the many worlds he has created!

    any ideas?
