Minecraft error -1

I am trying to play minecraft and i have installed a few mods, it normally works but here it's glitching, it looks like it works like usual but what happens is if i go into "singleplayer" and click either a world i've had before or create a new one, the game will say "Saving world" and close, giving me error -1

The game crashed whilst mouseclicked event handler Error: java.lang.RuntimeException: Mixin transformation of net.minecraft.class_7196 failed

How do i fix this ?

yes I played the walking dead 1 and minecraft story mode 1 both of telltale games the 2 ran perfectly now when I went to open minecraft story mode 2 that gave this error please help me I am desperate
