    Hi so I redeemed my minecraft erath skin a while ago and always used it since ,but 2 days ago I logged in to minecraft and It wasnt there in fact NOTHING was there except a few skin packs all my packs including my minecraft erath skin was gone like i
    never had it please tell me what's going on

    something to retrieve your skin ? Have you just check the storage to see if the content was here ?

    I play on xbox one and windows 10 and yes I have checked the storage and there was nothing I tried restarting my game and everything nothing works

    Yes when I try to change my skin in Minecraft Java my skin is stuck on the Alex skin but the same skin works for the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft . And I have tried using another skin but that too did not work .

    Also, I have heard people complaining about paying for Skins but Minecraft for PC is $30 and Xbox is $20. Their is 4 Skin Packs for $2 each so we pay about $28 for Minecraft and all skins.
