    Minecraft Education Edition sign in page blank!


    So, minecraft education edition was working fine a few days ago and then i signed out to try to fix lag and such. However, when I tried to sign back in the page was blank (picture will be below). I've restarted my device, waited hours and tried to repair the app through settings, nothing has worked. I do not have admin control over my laptop and cannot request for it either or for help...

    This issue has happened before and it took around 4 months to fix itself but I do not have that time right now, especially with Covid.

    I also cannot access the microsoft store.

    Please give me a solution or some closure, it would be greatly appreciated.

    First you need to make sure that you have a O365 Education Account. If you do and have signed in before, then I'd recommend checking out the Minecraft Education Edition troubleshooting page to read through possible solutions to your problem: https://minecrafteducation.zendesk.com/hc/en-us

    If you cannot find a solution on that page, then you should submit a support request with the developers of Minecraft Education Edition for more help with their game: https://minecrafteducation.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    Hey thanks no worries, I have done a screen shot of each section. I have labelled them in order. The last one even though it says to sign in it doesn't give us an option.

    Ok, sorry my bad I miss the part of the Chromebook, if the authenticator app says it doesn't exist could be that you are writing the account wrong, sometimes we miss some letters for example or you are not using the Microsoft authenticator app that is the one that will work for that

    Could you share a screenshot of the message you have on Minecraft? Probably you are missing the option to use a different authentication method
