    when I open it a prompt comes up saying my internet connection is bad and its perfectly fine I tried using some things that other people found helpful but my HP laptop does not have the same things and my organization has also blocked some things can u help?

    Is your laptop connected to your school wifi network?

    Are you able to test the game with a different wifi network to see how it goes?

    Or if possible, please try install the game on a different device to see how it goes

    The PC that you have, is completely yours? Or is from your school

    Because if the PC is from your school, you may need to reach their IT department first to modify the system

    If that's not the case, please tell me

    it blocks the site that lets me update minecraft edu and ill try the othher option and see if that works thanks for all your help by the way I know this must be hard working 24/7.
