Minecraft dungeons wont install

Minecraft Dungeons will not install. Not through the Minecraft launcher or through microsot store or through the xbox game pass website. I have activated the game pass just for this, and have missed 2 days of playing with my son so far.
It "prepares" and then "downloads" for ever and then gives an error. On the launcher there is no code, and on xbox gamepass site gives an error code that the game wont launch because not all of the game is downloaded... ok that's useless.

Customer support if turning out to be a complete waste of time.

I bought minecraft dungeons from the official website minecraftdungeons.com and I bought minecraft hero pass for dungeons on microsoft store on my web browser but it wont install and it wont link to my xbox live microsoft account which is linked to my minecraft
dungeons account

I need help or a refund please...

go to xboxone.com/refund and you should be able to return what you want to return.

Hey,
I'm afraid the steps do not bring up a blue popup message.
However I did find this in the Settings > General

Clicking install however does not do anything but grey out the button and change it to Installing. After that is just idles.
I also tried with a new admin and the clean boot. Neither changed anything.

I'm on Windows 11

An addition I noticed just now is that Xbox app won't install any game.

So far I've:

-Attempted to install the game through the Minecraft launcher, waited for multiple hours, and cancelled and restated the process multiple times.

-same goes for installing through the xbox pass app

-the Microsoft store won't let me install it giving me a price to buy it and a button that takes me to the Xbox app

-attempted installing the game onto my main drive (C

and onto my separate games' drive

-Reinstalled Minecraft launcher

-Reinstalled xbox app

-uninstalled the "gaming services" app as per xbox site's instructions. The reinstall phase doesn't work because the app won't install back from the Microsoft store (like with 90% of the other reviewers there for the 1,7 star reviewed app btw.)

-however in the services listing Gaming Services is shown, twice

-restarted the computer multiple times in between these

I receive the error 0x80070005 on Xbox app when trying to install.

I checked the services mentioned. The Xbox named ones were manual, but changing then to automatic did not help.

Is this happening on Windows 11 or 10?
And please tell me briefly what did you tried so far to fix this problem. In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

In the meantime try and double check the next:

Press Windows button and type Services

On Services App from the list of results, press right-click and run it as administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming Services

And do this with each of the services listed above:

Right-click over the service and select Properties.
Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic (if not, change it to automatic)
If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services

Restart your PC and try again
