Minecraft dungeons whipe everything

Hi, YY S. I was thinking of something that you may want to try:

Step 1. Please reset your progress again like I previously shared. (make sure to select the “remove from everywhere” option).
In case you need to see the steps again:

Highlight the game > press the menu button and choose “manage game and add-ons” > go to the saved data option and highlight your profile > select “remove from everywhere”.

Step 2. Please repeat the previous step, but this time please review if you can select the “remove from console” option and select it if it's available.

Step 3. Disconnect your console from the internet and open Minecraft Dungeons in that way.
Then, please review if you can play without problems and create a new character, etc.

Step 4. After you have made some progress in the game, please connect your internet and keep playing for a while.
Then wait until the game saves your data, then go to the game menu. Wait for a few minutes before closing it and checking if the new progress can be accessed after closing the game and opening it again on your Xbox.

May I know if the thing you mentioned was given was a DLC, or is some kind of in-game item? The procedure I shared above should remove everything associated with your progress in Minecraft Dungeons.

No it's not that it said it had like 26579274 enchantment points on it I just want to delete the cloud

I think beacuse of the enchantment points it broke my game

I have done that but I'm trying to figure out how to delete the characters I've saved on the cloud beacuse if the thing I got given I can't play
