Minecraft Dungeons on PC - DLC not working

We have Ultimate and have been playing the game through it. After playing the standard version for quite a while, we decided to purchase the Hero DLC through the Microsoft Store. It is showing installed, but we do not have access to the DLC items (cosmetics)
or the skins that are available at this time (they are still showing locked). I have read that character saves are stored locally, so if I uninstall and then reinstall, all our progress will be lost.

Am I missing something? I'd hate to lose all that progress we made. Thanks.

Hello!

From what I see on my end, this may be a glitch, and you may want to contact Microsoft for a refund of the DLC. I don't have the option to purchase the DLC at all. I hope this can get resolved!

Minecraft dungeons ultimate dlc bundle. It is available for PC on the Microsoft store. It may be a thing where target was sent a code that was supposed to be for windows ten, but redeemed the Xbox version instead.

If you do not have this already, we recommend that you download the Minecraft Launcher from the MS Store onto your PC. When it is downloaded, please sign in with your Microsoft Account that you used to purchase the Minecraft DLC Bundle. After you are signed in, you can select the "Minecraft Dungeons" option from the left pane and play. You can also view the DLC from within the Minecraft Dungeons page in the launcher by selecting the "DLC" option from the top ribbon.

Minecraft is available through Game Pass on the console, but not the PC. Minecraft Dungeons is available for the PC.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

In this case, kindly uninstall and reinstall the game along with the games and add-ons in that way your game data will re-sync.

If that still didn't work you may need to reach out to Nintendo support so they can validate your license for the DLC if you have purchased it on their store but if you have purchased it inside the game reaching out to Mojang will be the best option.
