Minecraft Dungeons log in issues.

Beforehand, it is important that you keep in mind that this is a public community forum, so we are players like you, we are not employees of Microsoft or Xbox, so we do not have access to any user account or check anything from the forum. All users help each other with common problems.

I am very sorry for the problem you are going through, with the intention of being able to help you I did an internal search on the Microsoft forum and found a publication by Gerardo C., an independent advisor, where he suggests the following steps to try to solve the problem:

Please try the following procedure to see if it solves your Minecraft problem:

1. First of all, if you have any Minecraft Launcher installed, please uninstall it completely from your PC.

2. Install the new Minecraft Launcher that can be downloaded from the Xbox app. This Launcher corrects most of the problems. Enter the following link to be redirected to the Xbox application so you can install it:

It is recommended that you install it on the same storage unit where you have your Windows installed. It weighs approximately 10 MB so it won't take up much memory, don't worry.

3. Launch the Minecraft Launcher you just installed from the Xbox app, then sign in with the Microsoft account you purchased the game with or the account you migrated it to.

That way both the game and the Launcher should be able to install and run without any problems or error codes.

Let me help you with your concern today. Please note that this is a public forum, I will be responding to you in short period of time and I apologize for a delay in response. As I am merely a user trying to provide insight and information that may be helpful.

I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. Can you please provide more information? On what platform do you play Minecraft Dungeons?

If you are in PC using Minecraft Launcher, please try doing this:

Restart your PC. Then go to Settings > Apps > look for Minecraft Launcher > Advanced Settings > Repair and Reset.

After that please try to check if the issue will persist when you log in.

Windows key + i and go to apps, find Minecraft Dungeons, and uninstall.

Then open the Microsoft Store, search for Minecraft Launcher, install, log in with your Microsoft account, install Minecraft Dungeons. After that, you can play.

try Log in to your Microsoft account on account.live.com and check if there are any issues or error messages. Make sure your account is active and in good standing.

If the issue persists, try uninstalling and then reinstalling Minecraft Dungeons. This can often fix issues with the game.

I think maybe it is an issue with Minecraft Dungeons or maybe on the Microsoft end with so many people trying to log into the game. I am getting in touch with microsoft support and I will let you know if I find a solution.

Update: Contacted Xbox Live support and they informed me that is in fact an issue with Dungeons and they have not recieved word about a fix for it yet.
