Minecraft Dungeons Installation & Start Menu Icons Issue

I'm having a bit of trouble. I recently had to reinstall Windows 10 on the recovery screen as BSOD errors were preventing me from even signing in to my PC. It kept all my files and just deleted all my apps which I've been reinstalling again. Java and Bedrock installed just fine. However, with Dungeons, it wouldn't install and just said "Error - See Microsoft Store Library for more details" and the Microsoft Store just said, "Something happened on our end".

However, it still left two Minecraft Dungeons icons on the Start Menu. They do not do anything or open any apps when clicked and cannot be uninstalled. They don't appear in Settings/Apps, the Control Panel/Uninstall or C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs. I'm trying to see if uninstalling/reinstalling the Launcher and games again from scratch works, but I want to remove those Dungeons icons incase they cause any issues later or are causing this problem now. Is there any way to do that?

I've tried contacting Minecraft Support, but none of their suggestions worked and they just kept saying I should contact Xbox support or here.

Edit: The Xbox app error says it's "Error 0x80070005" if that helps.

Also whenever I open the main Minecraft Launcher, Bedrock appears with "Play Trial" for a few seconds before updating to "Play". Java does not do this. Also with Java, despite it already being installed (as well as some Texture Packs and Skin packs for Bedrock), the Microsoft Store still has the install icon instead of "Open". Not sure if it's relevant or not here.

Known Issue: Some users unable to find their Hero Edition content on both Windows 10 and Xbox One.
Workaround: Make sure you have the "Hero Add-On" installed on Xbox One by going toMy Games & Apps > Minecraft Dungeons > press Menu and select Manage game & add-ons. From here
you can select it and install it from Ready to install. Yu do not need to install an additional file on Windows 10

Are you able to see Minecraft Dungeons installed on your computer on the control panel or the apps & features page?

- Go to Start > Settings (the gear icon) > Apps > Apps & Features.

- Go to Start > Search and click on Control panel > Programs > Programs and features.

See if Minecraft Dungeons is listed on any of these two pages and please let me know.

The Hero - Edition of Minecraft dungeons isn't installing on my Microsoft store

when I install Hero - Edition it gives this error code: 0x803FB107

when I install Minecraft dungeons itself it gives this error code: 0x80073CF3

Microsoft please help me get Minecraft dungeons and please do the following verification.

Just to be clear you're having installation issues with the Minecraft Launcher, not any of the Minecraft Products such as Java edition, Bedrock Edition or Minecraft Dungeons?
