Minecraft Dungeons Install of Redeem Code issues via Gamestop

I bought Mine craft Dungeons online, via game stop. I used the redeem code and downloaded it. But the launcher keeps saying I have to buy it. Even though the path it takes me to buy it in the Microsoft store, shows I own it, but wants me to buy it again?
I even created a Xbox Live account for my son to play it, but won't work even on there, cause then it says I have to have Xbox Game Pass...SMH How can I get this to work?

Sorry to hear your having issues, have you tried removing it and going back to your purchase history or recently downloaded and re downloadiit again, as this sometimes rectifys the problem.

Thank you for telling me, I really appreciate it, but now they minecraft dungeons on xbox, probably xbox players had to wait for a bit on the games release on xbox.

Didn't work. Gamestop said based on what I am experiencing, it sounds like a code issue. So with Microsoft owning Minecraft now, its on their end to fix. I just getting aggravated. I can't even get on my own mine craft account, and can't get help with
it in the last 4 days.

Hello there, sorry that this has happened to you, but have you tried restarting your xbox to see if that helps? If not try going to xbox.support about the issue to see if that helps out more, if not I apologize.

This is for a PC. Due to Microsoft buying Minecraft, they have migrated the system in partial from I have read and seen. to their Xbox live community. IDK why, but they did. And seem to have added a lot of red tape in the system on getting help with all
the changes.; more likely by accident.
