Minecraft dungeons doesn't launch because of syncing data

Hello

I bought minecraft dungeons recently and I seem to have issues with it .

Whenever I launch the game it does the usual then gets stuck on "syncing data".

I already tried to launch the game from another computer due to a previous post about the same thing .

I already tried to reinstall windows and the game .

I tried to uncheck IPv6 in control panel and to change the dns server on control panel aswell .

I don't know what to do anymore , I seem to have tried everything that I could've came across but it still is not working .

Please help me fix the game if possible , if not i'd like to know so I could try and get a refund .

I can give a link to the previous post i made about the same error if anyone would like .

I would highly recommend you contact the game developer Mojang as they can provide you an update fix regarding your Minecraft dungeons error.

Yes, I have tried all the above and it is still stuck at the syncing data loading screen.

Hey, I know how to fix it, but I don't know why it is. The problem is a program called Gaming service.

-So open your Settings on Windows 11

-go to Apps on the left

-then Installed Aps and look for Game Service here.

-When you found Game Service, press on the 3 dots and then on "advanced options".

-Here you go to ,,reset,, and tada... (Sometimes the reset does stuck too, then you just press repair too.) The problem is solved... well for this time.

You have to do this run every time you restart youre pc and want to play Minecraft Dungeons again.

Thank you for contacting the Xbox support forums. I understand that you have lost your character data after reinstalling Windows. With the initial launch of Minecraft Dungeons, there was an issue that would wipe save data for a character in the game. It may not be possible to recover your exact character, however there is a fix to help prevent you from starting at the very beginning of the game.
