crossplay is not currently available though it is hinted at with Minecraft dungeon realms that it is a future possibility

The unfortunate part about playing Minecraft Dungeons on PC is that there are no cross-save, crossplay, or cloud saving. So if you play on PC 1, you'll have to make another character on PC 2. You cannot transfer your saves between platforms as well - such
as the Switch, Xbox, PS4, or PC.

Currently Minecraft dungeon does not support cross platform multiplayer, meaning you can only play together with people using the same device (PC with PC, Xbox with Xbox). However, cross platform has been announced for future updates.
