    Greetings,

    Two days I purchased Minecraft Dungeons for the PS4 for my son. I played with him local co-op but saw the crossplay is available.

    I then purchased the game on XBOX ONE, so that each would have a dedicated screen.

    I linked my PSN account to my microsoft account for the game, which is also already linked for regular Minecraft. I linked my son’s account as well thinking cross-save was available but he had to restart his character.

    Cross playing with my kid on the XBOX ONE, was great and worked without a hitch the first two days of play.

    The problem is today I can no longer cross play. I attempted to link again to enable cross play and keep getting an error that says it cannot connect at this time.

    When I logged onto my son’s PSN account and launched the game, the game loaded and immediately threw me into the link account prompt. It is already linked but I went ahead and tried again only to get the same error as my main PSN account.

    I no longer see the opposite console on either friend list, not on PS4, nor XBOX ONE.

    When it worked, we saw it appearing as cross play consoles.

    To check if it is just Dungeons or another issue, I launched regular Minecraft on both consoles and was able to join each other’s worlds without a problem and cross play. But the problem in Dungeon’s still persist.

    Is there currently an issue with Dungeons servers? How can I fix this?

    Logging in on ps4

    Ps4 received the Bedrock version of Minecraft, meaning it is crossplay enabled now. However you need to have a Microsoft account to be able to play with your friends on other platforms.

    There is some issues with the linking/signing in of accounts on PS4.

    The unfortunate part about playing Minecraft Dungeons on PC is that there are no cross-save, crossplay, or cloud saving. So if you play on PC 1, you'll have to make another character on PC 2. You cannot transfer your saves between platforms as well - such

    Are you using the same Microsoft account and the same PSN account?

    Please note that you can only link one PSN account to one Minecraft account, if you disconnect it, you won't be able to link another PSN account to it.

    Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation Network account can be associated with a different account.

    Try to sign-in with any Microsoft Accont you have used in the past, if it still does not work, you can try to reach out to support.

    I kindly ask you to speak with Minecraft Support.
