Dobrý den.

Pořídil jsem si Minecraft Dungeons - HERO Edition a předobjednal jsem jsi tuto hru. Hra samotná funguje bez problémů většinou, ale v DLC byli 2 skiny a přístup k Hero cape (kapuce panáčka) problém je v tom, že se mi neodemkli všechny
DLC postavy a Hero cape také ne. Prosím o radu. přece jenom kvůli těmto věcem se platí o 10€ více.

Hi Brad,

Thanks for the support but I quite don´t understand what you mean. I tried even re-installing the game and it doesn´t work either. I just don´t see the hero odition pass on my game. Maybe the problem might be that I bought it from the pre-order which it might
be wrom Mojang itself.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issues with the DLC for Minecraft dungeons. To get this, go to my games and apps, highlight the game hit the start/menu button. Then go down to manage game and add on then under ready to
install you should see hero add on. Install then restart the game, the items will show up in the inventory under cosmetic. Hit the D-pad up opens your inventory, then hit the RB button until it highlights the coat hanger.

If you do not have this already, we recommend that you download the Minecraft Launcher from the MS Store onto your PC. When it is downloaded, please sign in with your Microsoft Account that you used to purchase the Minecraft DLC Bundle. After you are signed in, you can select the "Minecraft Dungeons" option from the left pane and play. You can also view the DLC from within the Minecraft Dungeons page in the launcher by selecting the "DLC" option from the top ribbon.

The Hero - Edition of Minecraft dungeons isn't installing on my Microsoft store

when I install Hero - Edition it gives this error code: 0x803FB107

when I install Minecraft dungeons itself it gives this error code: 0x80073CF3

Microsoft please help me get Minecraft dungeons and please do the following verification.
