Minecraft Dungeons: bought all Adventure Passes, yet I'm not getting any of the extra rewards

I bought minecraft starter pack and minecraft dungeons hero edition when i bought my xbox one s and when i put in minecraft it said it was with game pass and not the CD and i didnt get my minecoins and also i bought minecraft dungeons hero editition entered
the code it said it was the hero edition but when i played it i got nothing and it was normal minecraft dungeons

As I have checked it can’t be shared as it is in-game content which means that you need to purchase season pass for each account.

I bought minecraft dungeons from the official website minecraftdungeons.com and I bought minecraft hero pass for dungeons on microsoft store on my web browser but it wont install and it wont link to my xbox live microsoft account which is linked to my minecraft
dungeons account

1. This will depend on the game developer but as I have checked, it is sharable but there is no official article. All I found is this from Mojang: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/44...

2. Don't worry if the base game is being shared with an account, the DLCs will work as long as you have access to the base game.

3. If a DLC isn't sharable, yes, you may need to purchase the DLC in each account.

4. In checking if a DLC or an item can be shared you may need to reach out or check the game support. As I have checked both

Minecraft Dungeons: Luminous Night Adventure Pass and

Minecraft Dungeons: Cloudy Climb Adventure Pass are account-specific items. According to Xbox/Microsoft Support:

"Account-specific items can't always be shared. Some examples are:

Game-specific content like Minecraft Skin Mashups or Halo REQ Packs purchased with in-game currencies

In-game currency such as Minecraft Coins

Certain pre-order bonuses and special edition content that can only be redeemed once"
