First, we need to make sure that the purchase is successful on your end. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see it as "completed".

Also, please know that there are two different licenses for the season pass, one is for the PC and one is for the Xbox. For cloud gaming, it uses the Xbox version.

Minecraft Dungeons will be on Game Pass, so if you have the ultimate membership, you should be able to play it on both PC and XBox.

On the Xbox, you can pre-load the Minecraft Dungeons now ready for launch.

Minecraft is available through Game Pass on the console, but not the PC. Minecraft Dungeons is available for the PC.

Use the Microsoft Store app. The Xbox app is showing Game Pass games and Minecraft is not available through Game Pass for PC which is why it's not showing.
