    Ciao a tutti, scrivo qui per sapere se qualcuno ha riscontrato un problema come il mio ed è riuscito a risolverlo, e nel caso potrebbe aiutarmi…...

    Ho acquistato Minecraft Doungeon, come primo gioco per PC, seguito istruzioni per istallazione ecc ecc …. offline il gioco funziona, ma quando provo ad entrare nella modalit online, mi appare questo messaggio "ERRORE DI PRIVILEGIO non puoi giocare a causa
    delle restrizioni della modalit online".

    Ho 12 anni e il mio account è "collegato" a quello di mio padre, cercando soluzioni, credo che il problema sia in qualche impostazione di sicurezza, ma non siamo riusciti a trovare come risolvere…..

    Se qualcuno della community, conosce il problema e può essere cosi gentile da spiegarmi come risolvere, prego lo faccia nel modo più dettagliato possibile, in quanto ne mio padre ne io siamo molto "ferrati".....grazie mille a chi mi aiuter .

    I purchased Minecraft Dungeon, as first game for PC, followed instructions for installation etc .... Offline the game works, but when I try to enter online mode, I get this message "YOU can't play because of the restrictions of the online mode".

    I am 12 years old and my account is "linked" to my father's, looking for solutions, I think the problem is in some security setting, but we could not find how to fix.....

    Manage your Microsoft Account Xbox Live safety and privacy settings at

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have issues with privacy settings. Here is a guide your parent account can follow to allow these settings.

    We will give you the steps to change the exact ones for the cross platform use.






    1. Go to Xbox.com and sign in to your account (this must be an adult account).



    2. Once signed in, Select the gamertag for your child's account.



    1. Select Xbox settings. If you don't see this option, select
      More links… and then select
      Xbox settings.
    2. Click on privacy and online safety.


    3. Select either the Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safetytab or the
      Privacy tab. Review the current settings and update any that you want to change..


    4. The two you want to make sure say allow and everybody are:

    1. "you can play with people outside of Xbox live" set to allow


    2. "you can communicate outside of Xbox live with voice and text"---set to allow
