Minecraft disappeared from my account

We totally understand that you want to get your Minecraft game back. Just a reminder, we are not able to double check your account here and where the game originally was purchased manually since we do not have the option to.

As you have already contacted Minecraft support and they have directed you to Microsoft support, I suggest you contact Microsoft support again and provide them with your old username, the one generated for your account upon migration, and all possible related emails. This will help them locate your account and verify your purchase of the game. They should be able to assist you in retrieving your game, our dedicated Xbox live support will be able to double check everything for you if you are able to provide what they need and verify things on your end.

Please follow the steps below to reach out to our live support team:

2. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.
4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
5. Select the "Contact Us" button
6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
8. On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.
9. If you cannot get connected to the support, please use the Virtual Agent and enter this exact phrase, "Talk to an agent".
10. Should you be encountering issues contacting support, you may try InPrivate Window of your browser, other browser, different device/s or connect to different network.

Hi, i have the same problem, minecraft just disappear from my ms account profile but I still can play minecraft on my pc, probably because it's still save the account, also prove that I used to have minecraft in my account. In case you may ask, I believe I check everything and do everything correctly.

Hi again, you asked me "Did you do the account migration when it was active?" - yes i did, i also have an email (ill pin a screenshot). Now i can see that i have only "for windows" edition, i cant play java edition as i played before after migration. Migration was completed in 14 march 2022.
