Minecraft disappeared after game pass ended even tho I have had minecraft for years

A code is associated to an account, not to a console, if you scanned the "All available" filter and the redemption does not appear, it means that it was not redeemed on that account.

If the order appears there and you are sure it is the console version, try the following:

Try to perform a cache clear with the following steps.

Remove your account from the console

1. Press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

2. Unplug the power cord from the back of your Xbox.

3. Wait a minute, and then plug the power cord back in.

4. Press the Power button on your Xbox to turn it back on.

5. Your cache should be clear at this point.

Log back in with the account.

It doesn’t show up on purchase history it was a code that came in the box of the Xbox when I bought it I don’t know if that makes a difference but I’m sure this was the account I had it on

How come it disappeared? Where exactly did you purchase the Minecraft game?

Did you purchase the license of the game itself or just the subscription for Game Pass? Because Minecraft game can be played even if you didn't buy it just by having the Game Pass subscription.

I also have a problem with my Microsoft Account and it was already migrated and I had a cape IGN: Kikk_
It is in a loop of showing me "play demo" and "play offline" even tho I have purchased Minecraft years ago
