Me and my friends were playing that survival in a good way, but, out of nowhere, my friends can't get into my world and writes "Couldn't connect to the world " and I can't get into theirs either, could you explain why that is?

    :)

    Hello !

Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support.

From what you've described it sounds like that may be an issue with the Minecraft / MOJANG game servers.

Below I'll provide you with a direct link to MOJANG SUPPORT:

You can also try rebooting your network equipment (modem, router)

Try that out and let us know if it helps!

[Translation - Thanks for answering me friend! Well, the servers get stuck but when I play with my friends it doesn't work. And in my opinion, I think Mojang doesn't have much to do with this Xbox Live issue, since it was Microsoft that implemented
    it in the game.]

The issue might have to do with your settings of your account/app.

As i am able to join my friends and vice versa.

Xbox One S - Não consigo entrar ou adicionar conta. -Xbox One S - I can't sign in or add an account.=

Pelo PC, eu consigo, pelo celular não. E eu vou pra conta do Xbox 360 de um amigo que eu usei anos atrás.

Não consigo acessar pelo app, também.

[Translation-On the PC, I can do it, not by mobile. And I'm going to go to a friend's Xbox 360 account that I used years ago.

I can't access the app, either.]
