Minecraft Creeper cunch code not working.

Hello, I got a box of minecraft creeper crunch cereal, I went onto my xbox one to redeem the code and it wasnt allowing it, so i moved onto trying it on my chromebook, same issue saying "This code wasn't found–try re-entering it. If the code is damaged, contact the seller. Invalid characters are A, E, I, O, U, L, S, 0, 1 and 5." Im not sure if others are having the same problem however ive been trying for 20 minutes now and i cannot figure out how to fix it.

Did you even try to google this question? It took about 5 seconds to find this;

"LOOK inside your box of Participating Product for a unique code (“Code”) printed on an inside panel of the box, go online to aka.ms/Minecraft-cereal (“Website”), and follow the redemption instructions. Each Code must be submitted separately. Last date to submit a Code is 8/31/21"

Yeah I DID nono i spent 2 months without checking google at ALL yup totally didnt check for the answer before posting.

So you went to this site pictured and it would not accept the code?

Are you also a legal resident of one of the 50 US States or DC and trying to redeem the code while in the US?

If you do indeed qualify for the promotion and are still unable to redeem the code, have you reached out to them like they state in their FAQ on the page that you certainly must have read?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble signing in to Minecraft. Minecraft is not down right now as per checking.

I have checked and found an article regarding the Creeper error code. According to Minecraft Help, "Most of the time, the Creeper error code will pop up when game services try to connect in the background and can’t sign into your Microsoft account due to a faulty or inconsistent internet connection."

With this, please do try to restart your router and see if you will still get the same error code when signing in. You can also try to use a different network connection. You can use mobile data or hotspot and see if it will help.
