    I just paid for the game, it's just coming in and the screen freezes, I think this happens when my xbox account starts the session, I tried to re-install it, restart the device and updated everything,
    even so the problem persists and there is no way the game works. I really need urgent help Minecraft crashing on (ios) :(

    The best way would probably be to refund the purchase, but if you don't wanna do that then you can always delete and re download the game. Hope this helps!!

    Well that’s the issue here, I can’t refund the purchase because it never fully processed. It only partially processed and isn’t even in my purchase history
