Minecraft Couldn't connect to MC Services

Well, it has an error message

I will put a Photo of the message.

It says that I must buy the product again.

I can't play MC anymore

I will link a google docs talking all about this when it happened. More information will be there if you want to see more answers?

Hi Max, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this kindly launch the Xbox Console Companion or install Xbox Console Companion then sign in from there once done quit and re-launch Minecraft laucnher.

Please try and double check this:

A. Press Windows button and type Services

On Services App from the list of results, press right-click and run it as administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming Services

And do this with each of the services listed above:

Right-click over the service and select Properties.
Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic (if not, change it to automatic)
If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services

Restart your PC and try again

B. If you have an antivirus or firewall service please turn off all the protections temporarily (including windows defender)

C. Open task manager > select the startup tab > disable all the programs listed there temporarily
Restart the PC and try again

D. Do a clean boot in your PC and try again

Uninstalled then reinstalled using that link and exactly the same. I did notice at the bottom of the launcher is Oh no! Something went wrong, and we couldn't connect to the Minecraft services. TRY AGAIN I clicked try again and nothing happens

I played minecraft literally 2 days ago and suddenly i cant connect to minecraft services. Now it says i dont have minecraft so it made me buy it again and charged my bank!!!!!

It didn't work. I followed your steps but the game still doesn't recognise my new alias.

I got an error message at the bottom of the launcher saying "Oh no! Something went wrong and we couldn't connect to the Minecraft services."

I clicked "Try Again" and it didn't work.
