    Minecraft consistently crashing/freezing


    For the last 3 months my son has been unable to play minecraft as it consistently freezes and then he has to press the home button to quit out. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and unplugging but nothing seems to work. Please help!

    I would clear your cache, this usually helps with crashes ect.

    Make sure you have the latest version of the game and you have downloaded the latest update. If this issue persists I suggest you to contact Mojang support or post in their forums.

    i Dont even get the chance to select if i want to transfer worlds cause the game actually wont load in and it will crash everytime. I see the game art with the steve skin and all the animals and creepers etc, thats as far as i get
