Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having issues with loading a particular Minecraft world and launching it in Minecraft Realms. When you say that your buddy used World Painter to create a Minecraft
world, what do you mean? I would recommend contacting the developer of the App that was used directly. There is a good chance that even if the worlds were able to be used it would most likely have to be played in Single player mode. Have y'all ever been able
to create worlds in World Painter and load them up in Minecraft Realms before in the past? Let us know with a reply a bit more information to determine how to best assist you.

We understand that you're experiencing issues with your Minecraft Bedrock world. One possible solution is to try restoring the world from a backup. If you have a backup of your world, you can try restoring it.

However, if you don't have a backup of your world, we recommend you try to fix the corrupted world save. For the steps, look for HOW TO FIX A CORRUPTED WORLD SAVE part on this game support article: Managing Data and Game Storage in Minecraft: Bedrock Edition | Minecraft Help.

As this issue is no longer related to Xbox. We hope that the steps and instructions from the Minecraft Support Article could help you with this issue. Otherwise, you may need to recreate your world.

there is no way to get it back. we are sorry this happened to you but if it's not a verified world by minecraft as a server then there is no way to get it back as a player within the community

Regarding to your information I assume that you have some problems in Minecraft when you linked your Microsoft account to your ps4.

For the world you created before, you can follow these steps to try to transfer the world.

To transfer existing worlds from Minecraft: PS4 Edition to Minecraft:

1. In Minecraft (Bedrock Version), select the Sync Old Worlds button at the bottom of the worlds list in the Play menu. This finds any worlds on the device from the Minecraft: PS4 Edition and displays them below the button.
   
2. Select any of the worlds that are displayed to convert it to the Bedrock edition.
   
3. After conversion, the world will show up above the Sync Old Worlds button, along with the rest of your Bedrock worlds.
   

(Note that worlds that were created on PS3 can no longer be transferred to PS4.)

For the skin you can try to follow these steps and try to sync them.

Characters that were edited and accessorized by using the Dressing Room will sync with your account when you launch Minecraft on another device. For more info about uploading custom skins into your game, see:
