Minecraft coins missing

Purchased the Minecraft starter from Microsoft store today. Installed fine but coins are missing. Searched support on Microsoft and Mojang. Both refer me to the other...I see others have this same problem. Has anyone gotten a resolution to this??

Yes, the transaction completed. We can access the Greek mythology and skin packs included with the purchase. Only the coins are missing. I will try the link you provided.

Are you sure the transaction was processed? Please also check In-game If you hadn't received it already.

If not, try contacting Microsoft Support on this chat, they are able to see your transactions and might be able to help you:

If they are unable to (most of the times they are able to because they are awesome) then try to wait a bit. Some transactions when overloaded by people can take up to 24hrs.

if this has happened within Minecraft you will need to contact them regarding this issue,

this is because all content within the game is controlled buy the Minecraft teams and servers,
