Minecraft code redeemed on wrong family member account

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are inquiring about how to transfer content from one account to another.

At this time, there is no way for you to be able to transfer content from one account to another.

If you bought it digitally, then your best bet would be to
request for a refund for the item and then purchase it on the correct account.

However, keep in mind that if this was a pre-paid code that you had to enter onto your account, this method would not work for you, and unfortunately, you would be unable to transfer this content.

Codes are one time use only. If it's already been redeemed on a family member's account, it is not possible to redeem it on another account.

To add points to a Gold Family Account non-primary member, and not have to go through the Primary Account's Xbox "grant points" process, do the following:

-- Buy a prepaid code for points from somewhere, such as Amazon.com or Gamestop or wherever

-- Follow the directions on this page to add the points: support.xbox.com/.../redeem-prepaid-codes

-- You can redeem the code directly on the Xbox console that you have your Family Member account on, or you can login at Xbox.com with your Family Member account and enter it there.

You can do this as a Family *Member*, you do not have to be the Primary Member to add points in this fashion.

If it's a code for Minecraft for Windows 10 we can only redeem it through redeem.microsoft.com which will immediately be added to our order history in real-time.

We really need to locate the redemption transaction. Kindly ask if you may have redeemed it on your family member's Microsoft account.

If it's not showing from there it means that the code is not redeemed on your account, Cheko__. You can also ask your family members in your household as they may have accidentally redeemed the code on their end.
