Minecraft cloud problem

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IT HAPPENED! I was playing minecraft and I made a new map, and when I finished it my other map "dungeon immortal" mysteriously disappeared but the map I just finished was copied even though i didn't copy it. I went on my cloud storage
and it said that it was pending sync or something, then it disappeared like it doesnt exist anymore. This is the second time it happened and no one seems to help me. If someone can give me a solution or help to what is going on i'd appreciate it!!

it's not Minecraft's problem though, it's something with xbox's cloud. My friend is having this issue with more than just Minecraft.

I'm not able to view the upload pending on it sense the map like literally disappered from the "my cloud storage" & My Xbox 360 does not have a hard drive sadly. It has a memory unit but I do have a flash drive and in the memory unit, it still contains
a lot of Cloud Storage Cache. The file size is 512MB(SYSTEM ITEM) I'm not sure if the data is still located in it. Also when I saw the map in cloud storage "Upload Pending" I tired moving it and copying it because I knew this is what happened last time when
my last map disappered but it wouldnt let me perform the action.

I did not work. It said that my map was pending upload in Cloud storage and it just disappeared but made a copy of a new map I just made. Idk if it went somewhere else but I delete it at all but thanks for the help anyways .

Hello!

I'm wondering if it's pending upload/sync and that's why it's not showing up as available. I would try setting your Xbox as offline, then reconnect it online and to Xbox Live.

Yes, it disappeared and I am playing on the Xbox 360 console and the minecraft Xbox 360 Edition. I have asked on community forum, no one has responded yet.
