Minecraft can't connect to services

I haven't been able to get Minecraft Launcher to connect to minecraft services since I installed it.
I've re-installed it once already and tried also installing the xbox app.

I'm not sure what to try next. I downloaded it initally a few weeks ago. In the last few days, I've swapped ISP's and it still isn't working. Just putting that out here for context, I don't think it's my ISP or DSN settings. I on my previous ISP I had google public DNS set and then tried letting it set dynamically from the ISP and still nothing. I haven't touched DNS setting since swapping ISPs.

I'm worried it could be some sort of account issue, but I'm not sure how really? I've had a Mojang account since Minecraft was in beta. I merged my accounts when Microsoft took over.
When I go to accounts in the minecraft launcher it shows my gamertag but says "no network".

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

unfortunately this has not helped my issue.

I've disabled all router level security and PC/Windows defender security with no luck.
I've followed all the directions here:

reset the MS Store twice with no luck. I've installed the XBOX app (as well as it's dependants) and it appears to authenticate but the box where it asks me to select an account keeps popping up and disappearing quickly...

I did finally get an auto reply for my help request: 4267201 is my case number. I'll reply and update this thread if they're able to assist me.

I would contact your Internet service provider and see if they are blocking any ports that is causing this issue. You can also check your firewall or any third-party software that might be blocking Minecraft.

I played minecraft literally 2 days ago and suddenly i cant connect to minecraft services. Now it says i dont have minecraft so it made me buy it again and charged my bank!!!!!

Hello Joanna, I am having what is possibly the same exact issue. I connected to my hotspot and it seems to work fine. What would I do then? Is it a firewall issue?
