    Minecraft Builder's Pack


    I just purchased a new Xbox One S Minecraft Edition. I redeemed and loaded the Minecraft game by code. But when I redeemed the Builder's Pack the download errored out. The system showed a message, it was their error and to try again. I waited awhile and
    tried again, with no luck. Error code was 1. Does anyone know who I can contact to let them know about the error? I don't want to pay $16.95 to buy it with codes and it not work again. I have tried to find where the Pack is showing, as it is showing redeemed.

    Xbox shows I had successfully downloaded Builder's Pack and other stuff but I'm not able to play Minecraft Builder's Pack :(

    Hi, I had bought Xbox one Minecraft. I had successfully downloaded Builder's pack, and other stuffs. However, Xbox showed I had installed but I canoot see it in my games. The only thing I'm seeing is the Episode 1. I need to play the rest of the games I
    successfully downloaded... Do I need to buy a Minecraft Builder's pack disc before I can play? Help!!!

    Missing game from Minecraft bundle.

    Hi, in the UK where I am based several stores are selling a Minecraft bundle (official bundle supplied by Microsoft) which contains an Xbox One console, controller, codes for Minecraft on Xbox One, PC in addition to a code for the Builder's Pack.

    Inside the box I purchased however, the codes I received were the game for PC and 2x Builder's Packs, therefore I received an additional Builder's pack and no Xbox One game. I contacted the shop from which I purchased it and they advised me to contact Microsoft.
    After an evening of speaking to various online chat agents and managers they advised me to post here. What is my best course of action?

    Anyone Else Not able to Put in Codes?

    We bought the Minecraft edition and downloaded the game. We went to down load the Builder's Pack and it came up with an error. When we entered the code again it says it has already been used. I guess it will go back to the store tomorrow.
