    Minecraft: Black screen/crash after Mojang screen


    Been having a serious problem with Minecraft on Xbox one S crashing 5 secs after the Mojang screen. I've tried uninstalling>hard shut down (holding for 10 secs)>reinstalling>hard shut down. Doesn't seem to fix it I've tried searching the forums for troubleshooting tips, found a link that I couldn't access it seems to have been taken down or so, I'm not sure it just says "Hey, what happened to this page? It may have a new location or may not be available any more."

    I'm not sure what else to do I've never had an issue like this before, seems like Minecraft is the only one that's doing this

    Halo 5 will not leave initial launch screen on brand new console.

    Well I should have mentioned that it doesn't close on its own. It just sits there on the screen. If I wait long enough the screen goes black sometimes, but that's it. No error code, no crashing. Just a the initial loading screen, or a black screen sometime
    after.

    The problem remains the same. Minecraft goes to red mojang screen then crashes back to Xbox one screen

    Hi,

    It has done it after doing the above steps but this time there was no noise or black screen it just crashed straight to the Home Screen and isn't letting them start the game.
