Minecraft better together

I still haven't received the better together update or upgrade for minecraft. I own the Xbox one edition and have played way over 5 hours and have purchased dlc.

Hey x F2Pwarframe x! Double check and make sure you are using the correct account that you played on when looking. If you're still not seeing it, you may need to play for 5 hours again to make sure it registers. Thanks!

Unfortunately no as it doesn't appear in my games and apps

 

I was told by Mark P. at Microsoft customer support to post it here, he said I should have the promotion to get l the new minecraft but he couldn't help me and to post here.

Do you own the digital version of Minecraft: Xbox One Edition? If so, you should already have access to the Better Together version. Check your 'Ready to install' list within 'My games & apps' for a separate version of Minecraft on your Xbox One console.

Better Together Support page for more information, including what the tile art looks like so you can have a better idea of what to look out for.

I do know the title art and have been watching the ready to install section for a few weeks now. And it's the disc version of minecraft Xbox one edition that I have.

 

I read the support page and it says there is a time period for the promotion form September to September. In the Xbox marketplace it doesn't show that, and I was told by support I should get the promotion.

 

Shows no start or end date, just says in the past year and ends Jan 30

 

So by what it says there, I'm owed a game.

 

I see this is marked as answered, did you find the download? I'm experiencing the same issue, and your post about it is the only "answered" one I can find.

 

I wanted to hop in with an update. This is an issue the appropriate teams have begun investigating. If you own DLC, or have played 5+ hours on the disc version, you should be able to obtain the Better Together version.

Is there someplace we can log this issue now that the deadline is very close,

there is not much we can do than play minecraft and check the shop...

Yes, I am also having the same problem. Have played over 5 hours on the MInecraft: Xbox One Edition that I have on disc. Been about 2-3 weeks and haven't gotten a new download, update, or a notification. I'm just worrying because the deadline is tomorrow,
January 31st, and just want to know that I am eligible, but I do not mind getting the 'Better Together' version at a date after the deadline. Please update us when you can!
