Hi there, You need to go to the Xbox Insider Hub App,  you'll see the insider content that you participating, eventually you'll see minecraft beta, then just leave the beta progam.

Yes it is a Play Anywhere game, because I downloaded Hollow Knight through the Xbox (Béta) application. So, I find it strange that even the save date isn't even on my Xbox.

That doesn't mean anything about it having achievements. I'm an achievement hunter personally and what turned me off from the Game Pass PC was that most of the games on it do not have Xbox achievements. Here's a list of games that are part of game pass
for PC that have achievements:

Sur ton PC, tu passe par l'application "Xbox (Béta)" une fois sur l'application, tu clique sur ton onglet de profile (en haut droite) puis paramètres.

Dans les paramètres tu vas dans l'onglet général.

Sur cette page tu as un menu déroulant te permettant de choisir l'emplacement de stockage de tes jeux. Tu peux même cocher la case te demandant le lieu de stockage a chaque téléchatgement.

Résumé:

application "Xbox (Béta)" => onglet de profile => paramètres => général
=> menu déroulant.
