Minecraft beta

So I'm in the xbox insider hub and I have the mc beta, my friend also got it but every time I try to join her it says "cant connect, outdated server" and when she tried to join me it said "cant connect outdated client" I'm on v1.2.0.25 she's on v1.2.0.20.
is there a way to fix this?

Hey there, SnappyBark0! Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition Beta is only available free for users that had the original Minecraft: PC (or Mac) Edition. If you only have the Minecraft: 360 Edition, you will not be able to get the Windows 10 Beta version for free.

I've fed up the Minecraft since I've played Minecraft Beta version is pretty long hours and it has never been happened for when It didn't convert from Beta to Build version. I uninstalled the Minecraft and can you please generate the app
for that before I reinstall the Minecraft. Any solution would be appreciated! Thanks!

The other day I had a friend who had that issue on his own map, but I was allowed to play on it. It fixed itself after about 5 minutes. It might be simply because it is a beta and they are still figuring out all of the kinks. So I don't think it has anything
to do with you or your friend, just the game itself..let me know if you figured it out.

 

yea its weird cause I'm pretty sure I know what the issue is, I just don't know how to fix it. We are on different client versions, me being on v1.2.0.25 her being on v1.2.0.20. which makes no since why her client would be outdated... Especially cause she
got that client from joining and downloading the beta.
