Minecraft Bedrock won't Sign in

Hi, it's been a few days and the problem is still happening. I sent a message a few days ago but there has been no response to it.

Hi, thank you for the response. So I tried out all the solutions and the problem is still occurring. I checked the order history of the account I am using and it matches with the account that is logged in to the store and in the Minecraft Launcher. Also, I tried the wsreset.exe in windows run and I took off the windows security antivirus (that's the only antivirus I use) but it still didn't work. One thing I forgot to mention and sorry if this was an important detail but the microsoft account I am currently using on the laptop itself is different then the one I used to buy Minecraft, however, I did make sure that the Microsoft store and launcher were logged in with the one that has Minecraft Bedrock.

1. Make sure you're using the same Microsoft account that you used to purchase Minecraft Bedrock. If you're not sure which account you used, you can check your purchase history in the Microsoft Store.



2. Try resetting the Microsoft Store cache. To do this, press the Windows key + R on your keyboard, type "wsreset.exe" (without quotes), and press Enter. This will clear the cache and may resolve the issue.



3. Uninstall and reinstall Minecraft Bedrock on your laptop. Make sure you're signed in to the Microsoft Store with the same account you used to purchase the game.

4. Temporarily disable any firewall or antivirus software that you have on your laptop. Then, try to sign in to the game again. If it works, you may need to add an exception for the game in your firewall or antivirus settings.

2. Have you tried playing Minecraft on this device?

• As I mentioned in my initial post, Java Minecraft plays fine. Bedrock Minecraft won't let me sign in.
  

3. Did you sign in using the same account where your game is attached?

• Yes
  

4. After migrating your account, can you sign in successfully to Minecraft?

• Yes, on the Java Version
  
• No on the Bedrock Version (As I stated in my initial post)
