Minecraft bedrock (win10) won't update

I can't play on my realm with friends because i have an outdated version of minecraft (1.13.1) and need to update to 1.13.2 but it just does not work. The update button isn't showing anywhere when i click the three dots on microsoft store i checked for
windows updates and went through an update. My system is now up to date but nothing has changed and i still cannot update.

First of all, make sure you are running the latest version of Windows 10. Click Start > Settings > Update & security > Windows Update > Check for updates

Wait while any pending updates are downloaded.

Could you confirm if this also happens in the default Administrator account?

Open Start

Type: cmd

Right click CMD

Click Run as administrator

At the command prompt, type:

net user administrator/active:yes

Hit Enter

Close command prompt, restart, then try signing into the Administrator account.

Open Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features

Scroll down to Minecraft

Select it

Click Advanced options

Click Reset

Restart

Check the Store for updates

If that does not work...

download the following utility and use it to remove Minecraft: extract it, launch it, scroll through the list, select Minecraft then click Remove.

Ok i just finished trying all of your steps i even re-installed minecraft but i am still stuck on 1.13.1

): If Microsoft implemented some way if u spent over 30 dollars you could get win10 (bedrock) Minecraft for free, that would be great.
