Minecraft bedrock stopped working on pc, owned on Playstation

Have you previously bought it for PC? You wouldn't be able to play it on PC just for owning it on PS. You would either need to buy the PC version or being playing it through Game Pass.

I'm pretty sure I don't own it on PC, I don't remember buying it. I haven't had game pass for about half a year. I'll buy it on PC if I have to, but it's bugging me that it's just randomly stopped working when it's been fine.

Hi Victor. I don’t know how you played Java in the past. Maybe it was via game pass.
But if the game doesn’t appear purchased in your order history, it means that you don’t know it.

About the Xbox edition, yes. It’s bedrock, but it’s the Bedrock for Xbox, not Windows

The free Java edition was granted to the people who purchased Bedrock for windows.
Any other platform is not eligible, only PC (and the opposite if you owned Java)

minecraft bedrock is not in gamepass on pc, and yes should work as i have modded it in the past as i usually run my own custom server

If on Pc you have Minecraft Java you can't do cross-platform games with PlayStation, as this is only a function of Minecraft Bedrock, but you don't need to purchase a game for a platform you don't own, if your friends it's trying to invite you he needs to log into a Microsoft account in his game as well as you in your Minecraft Bedrock and add each others Microsoft accounts as friends
