Please try to reset your network settings:

1. Right click on the Start button then choose Search.

2. In the search bar, type cmd. From the results, right click on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator. Select Yes on the User Account Prompt for the program to be able to make changes to your computer.

3. Type the command below into the Command Prompt window and press Enter on the keyboard to run the command.:

Netsh winsock reset

A message will appear saying to restart the computer to complete the reset. Restart your computer. If you are using wifi you may need to reconnect to your network after the restart.

This unfortunately hasn't helped either.

Same issue keeps appearing, if you have anything else do tell.

Yes, as the minecraft edition on the phone is also bedrock
As long as you sign in with that account in your laptop you can use that progress

If you want to purchase the windows edition with the "side" account you can sign out temporarily from Microsoft store and sign in with that account
After that sign in again with your "prime" account and once you download the minecraft launcher sign in with the "side" account there

Minecraft says "We could not sign into your Microsoft account. access to realms profiles and your marketplace items will be limited please try again later error code drowned." I am on Xbox and both of my accounts wont let me sign into Minecraft this all happened after the newest Minecraft update I've looked at many of other post saying the same thing and people responding about logging into the Xbox app, this does not work because I've been logged in to the Xbox app.

This is Minecraft Bedrock Edition, it is either a bug from the new update or something has messed up on the Xbox Live Servers.
