Please disable or adjust Vibrant Visuals by running Minecraft without Vibrant Visuals (or with a lowered quality setting) to see if the FPS drop becomes less severe. If it does, it means the mod may be adding more load than the engine can comfortably handle.

And then review In-Game settings. Lower render distance and disable heavy effects like fancy shadows. Do this by experimenting with turning off vsync if the issue persist, kindly adjust FPS.

Next is to check system and driver settings. To do this, update your GPU drivers from AMD’s official page. Make sure that Windows is set to “High Performance” to avoid any throttling.

It is also important to monitor CPU and GPU temperatures during gameplay to rule out thermal throttling.

What are your computer specifications?
What procedures you tried to fix this excluding lowering the settings and vsync?

It didn't come with a code?. Not good.

The game dropped off sharply when BF3 came out but it is picking back up now since people are realizing the disappointment that is BF3.

I think it's worth it. You will get many more options with it.

My problem is with Minecraft. In windowed mode, my FPS is crazy, above 200.

But while in fullscreen (Even windowed full screen), my FPS caps at 60, even with Optifine.

I had to ask here, because this is a problem with Windows 10. I'm running 10 Home 1909, the latest release. That doesn't happen with Minecraft Windows 10. Is Microsoft trying to find a way to pull users to Bedrock?
