    ok so i don’t know how many times i’ve explained this but i’m having an issue signing in to my account on minecraft so i normally play on a ps5 but me and my brother share so i wanted to go back to the ps4 but the account i normally play on the 5 was on the 4 and i didn’t have minecraft so i game shared it my dads account which was a different psn i couldn’t sign in to my dads account so i went on mine that was on the ps4 and it let me in once i played for a bit and then went to another app and went back and all my skins had gone i closed the app and all and they still were gone and then i logged out i noticed i couldn’t log back in so i tried on the ps5 on the same psn i always used and it came up that the microsoft account is already linked to another account which is impossible because i wasn’t able to log in on my dads and i logged in on the same account on the ps4 i always use. it’s been four days since this issue has happened i’ve been in contact with playstation and minecraft. minecraft suggested me here and playstation suggested me to minecraft so i’m completely lost and i hope someone on here can help me with this issue!

    If you play on playsation you will have to check with Sony support, however if you play on more than one platform the support should be able to inform you of your linked accounts.

    Only the account owner can see which account is linked to, or request in Minecraft support.
